For crews, collectives and hosts who don’t post the address
The guest list for parties that aren’t public.
Vet guests by who invited them. Drop the address only to people who are in. Scan them through the door in one second, even with no signal. No tickets, no fees per head, no “who’s going” feed.

How it goes now
Three tools, one clipboard, zero idea who’s coming.
The Google Form.
Two hundred names, no idea who half of them are with, and someone’s cousin just forwarded the link to a group chat.
The Telegram drop.
You post the address at ten. By eleven it’s a screenshot on three other channels and the neighbours are calling.
The clipboard.
A dark stairwell, two phones, a cash box, and a queue that’s getting loud. “Are you on the list?” “I’m with… Tom? Tim?”
You’re not selling tickets. So why does every tool either ignore your door or take a cut?
Vouched
Every guest has a “who invited you”.
Guests RSVP through a personal link from someone already on the list. You see the chain: Anna → Marta → crew. Set the rule once: auto-approve one step from crew, review at two, block at three. Share a blocklist across your crew’s events. At the door, the name comes with “with Marta (crew)” so your door person doesn’t have to ask.
Drop the address
The address is the ticket.
Location stays hidden — not “city only”, hidden. At the time you set, approved guests get it in their pass, by email, and by SMS or WhatsApp if you turn it on. Remove someone and their pass goes dead, address included. No export, no mail merge, no spam folder, no screenshot that works.
The door
One scan. Green, red, or magenta.
The scanner is a web page any phone can open — no app store, no login for staff, just a door PIN. It works offline and syncs when it finds signal. Green = in. Red = already used, shows who and when. Magenta = not on the list. Plus-ones and comps count down live. Add as many door phones as you have hands.

How it works
Four steps. No app for guests.
Make a list.
Name, date, capacity, when the address drops.
Send invite links to your crew.
They send them on. You approve who comes back.
Guests get a pass.
Web page + Apple/Google Wallet. No app.
Door scans.
Open the scanner, enter the PIN, scan. Done.
Yours
Your list. Your data. No fee per head.
Export everything as CSV any time. Set guest data to auto-delete after the party — GDPR by default, not by memory. There is no marketplace, no discovery feed, no “see who’s going”. If Instagram deletes your account tomorrow, your list is still here.
Not for everyone.
Selling tickets? Use Resident Advisor, Shotgun or Luma — they’re good at it, and InviteScan sits next to them for your free and door-cash nights. Running a conference? We’re not it. Running a party you can’t announce? Keep reading.

Built by a collective that got tired of the clipboard. First used at our own 300-person party in Riga: one shared passcode, one scanner, every code valid exactly once. InviteScan is that door, rebuilt for everyone’s crew.
FAQ
Questions people ask at the door.
Do guests need an app?
No. They get a link; the pass is a web page and, on Night, an Apple/Google Wallet pass.
Does the scanner work without internet?
Yes. It validates against a synced list and queues scans until it’s back online. Duplicate scans across devices are resolved on sync.
Can I hide the location completely?
Yes. Not even the city is shown until you drop it.
What happens if someone forwards their pass?
A pass scans once. The second scan shows red with the first scan’s time and door. Approved guests are tied to who invited them, so you know whose chain leaked.
Is it GDPR compliant?
Data is minimised (name + one contact), hosted in the EU, exportable, and auto-deleted after the party on a schedule you set.
Can I take money?
Not through us. Take cash or a payment link at the door, or sell on RA/Shotgun and import the list.
How is this different from Partiful?
Partiful is a great free invite for a birthday. It shows your city before RSVP, reveals the street the moment someone RSVPs, has no “who invited you”, and its scanner needs signal.
